·         Check the sufficiency of the sanitary drawings and specifications for the entire project including surface & sub surface drainages

·         Develop and implement health and safety plans, enforcing policies, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.

·         Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines in a workplace. ·         Create safe working environment

·         Provision of first aid to the employees at site ·         Advising on health issues and promoting health on sites.

·         Planning, organizing & leading different construction activities of the project      

·         Prepare work and budget schedule ·         Prepare project cost estimation with cost breakdown ·         Review project

  ·         Review contract documents sufficiency, contradictions, etc ·         Identify potential contractual risks and propose early
